The body is heavy-gauge aluminium with a ceramic non-stick coating that is free from PTFE, PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium, it is oven safe to 232°C (450°F, Gas Mark 8), and it works on every hob including induction. At 28cm it is the everyday pan: eggs, fillets of tilapia, a full pan of onions for pilau. Dishwasher safe, though hand washing will keep the coating performing longer.
