The pan body is 3-ply stainless steel for high-performance heat distribution, with a folding main handle and helper handle, plus a stainless steel lid whose handle also folds for space-saving stacking. With a 3.7 litre capacity it takes a family stew, pilau or a big batch of wet fry. It works on all hobs including induction, gas, electric, ceramic and radiant ring, and is oven safe up to 232°C.
