UccLife Triply Stainless Steel Deep Frying Pan with Glass Lid 24cm or 26cm, Honeycomb Non Stick Saute Pan, Induction Safe

The UccLife triply deep frying pan is the pan that does most of the cooking in a Kenyan kitchen: deep enough for a beef stew or a pan of pilau, wide enough to fry fish or brown a kilo of mince, with a glass lid so you can simmer without lifting it. The honeycomb non stick interior means less oil and an easy clean, and because the surface is steel, not a coating, it takes metal spoons and years of daily use.

Tri-ply construction bonds 18/10 stainless steel around an aluminium core, so the whole base and the lower walls heat evenly and hold that heat when you add cold food. It works on gas, electric and induction, and the pan goes into the oven with the lid off. The long handle and the helper handle opposite make a full pan easy to lift.

Which size: 24cm for two to three people and everyday frying; 26cm (3.9 litres) for a family stew, a batch of chapati filling or frying for guests.

What you can use it for: beef and chicken stew; wet fry and dry fry; fish, sausages and eggs; pilau and fried rice; sauces and curries that start with frying onions and end with a simmer under the lid; one pan pasta.
