UccLife Triply Stainless Steel Pizza Pan 22cm or 24cm, Honeycomb Non Stick Crepe and Pancake Pan, Induction and Oven Safe

The UccLife triply pizza pan is a shallow, wide stainless steel pan with a honeycomb non stick surface. The low rim is what makes it: you slide a spatula straight under a pizza base, a chapati or a crepe without fighting the sides, and the wide flat floor cooks the whole base evenly instead of leaving a pale middle.

Tri-ply means three bonded layers, 18/10 stainless steel outside and inside with an aluminium core between them, so heat spreads across the whole base rather than sitting over the flame. The honeycomb texture holds a thin film of oil in the recesses and keeps food off the raised steel, so eggs and chapati release without a coating that peels, and you can use metal utensils. It works on gas, electric and induction, and goes into the oven to finish a pizza.

Which size: 22cm suits one person pizzas, chapati, crepes and pancakes; 24cm gives a family size chapati or a proper 9 inch pizza.

What you can use it for: homemade pizza started on the hob and finished in the oven; chapati and mandazi; crepes, pancakes and French toast; frying eggs and searing fish fillets; toasting nuts and seeds; reheating leftover pizza so the base crisps again.
