A frying pan that heats evenly, holds its shape and does not wear out after a year. The Ferronix triply frying pan is built from three bonded layers: a stainless steel cooking surface, a full aluminium core, and a magnetic steel base that works on gas, induction, ceramic and electric cookers.

The aluminium core carries heat across the whole base and up the sides, so food browns evenly instead of burning in one hot spot in the middle. The cooking surface is bare stainless steel with no non-stick coating, which means nothing can scratch off into your food, metal utensils are fine, and you can use high heat and scrub the pan properly without ruining it.

Available in four sizes. 22cm and 24cm suit eggs, quick fries and one or two portions. 26cm and 28cm handle family cooking, chapati, steak and full one-pan meals.
