The pan you reach for every morning. The Ferronix triply saucepan is built from three bonded layers: a stainless steel cooking surface, a full aluminium core, and a magnetic steel base, so it heats quickly and evenly on gas, induction, ceramic and electric cookers.

Milk, porridge and sauces scorch when heat collects in one spot. The aluminium core spreads that heat across the whole base, which is why this pan handles uji, tea, custard and delicate sauces without a burnt ring at the bottom. The interior is bare stainless steel with no coating to flake off, so metal spoons and firm scrubbing are both fine.

Available in 16cm, 18cm and 20cm. 16cm suits tea, milk and single servings. 18cm and 20cm handle family porridge, sauces, stews and boiling.
