The Liberty 5 is the newest Soundcore earbud, with adaptive ANC 3.0 that adjusts every 0.3 seconds and cuts voices twice as well as the Liberty 4 NC, which is what you want in a matatu or an open office. Dolby Audio and LDAC Hi-Res sound come from 9.2mm wool paper drivers with bass tubes.

At 4.6 grams per earbud with six ear tip sizes in the box, it fits small ears well. Battery is 12 hours per charge and 48 hours with the case, 10 minutes of charge gives 5 hours, and IP55 covers dust, sweat and rain. Six microphones with a wind resistant algorithm handle calls, and two devices connect at once.
