Wardrobes Kenya

Wardrobes in Kenya made of powder coated steel: two, three and four door wardrobes from 60cm to 1.8m wide, hinged, louvred and sliding door designs, with drawers at the base, hanging rails and shelves inside, and matching top cabinets that take the wardrobe to the ceiling for suitcases and bedding. Steel will not warp, crack or get eaten by termites the way board and timber do, wipes clean and locks. Delivered flat and assembled in your bedroom, with a written warranty.

Which wardrobe to buy

A bedsitter or a child's room takes a 60cm to 90cm two door wardrobe, with two drawers at the base if there is no chest of drawers. One person's clothes fit a 100cm to 120cm three door wardrobe with a hanging section and a shelved section. A couple needs 1.6m to 1.8m: a four door wardrobe or the three door sliding wardrobe where a hinged door would hit the bed. Add the matching top cabinet for the things used twice a year, and the desk cabinet beside the 125cm wardrobe if the bedroom doubles as a study.

Steel against wood and board

Board wardrobes swell in a damp room and the hinges pull out; timber costs twice as much and attracts termites. Powder coated steel takes knocks, keeps its doors square, and a wet cloth cleans it. The finishes here are white, white with wood effect sides, and louvred doors that let air through.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a wardrobe in Kenya? It depends on width and doors: a two door 80cm louvre wardrobe costs the least, then the 100cm to 120cm three door wardrobes, with the 1.8m four door and sliding door wardrobes at the top. Prices are on each product page, and the top cabinet is listed as a second option on the same page.
