The surface is knife-friendly, so it takes daily chopping without ruining your edges, and non-slip feet hold it in place on a smooth worktop. The grey finish is the quieter of the two colourways and hides the staining that tomatoes and beetroot leave on a pale board. It is a good size for flat and apartment kitchens where the board has to live upright in the gap beside the fridge.
