This is the small spatula from Joseph Joseph's original Elevate range, 26 cm long — the size you reach for when you are folding eggs, easing a chapati off a hot pan or scraping the last of a curry out of the pot. The head is non-scratch, so it is safe on non-stick cookware, and it holds up to 240°C, comfortably above anything a domestic hob or jiko will put it through. When you are done it goes straight in the dishwasher. This one is pink.
