The Segment pot divides the inside into compartments so each group of tools has its own place and nothing knots together. The design is angled, which sounds like a small thing until you are cooking — the handles lean towards you and you can take out what you need with one hand without looking. It is a worktop object as much as a storage one, in dark grey and grey that sits quietly next to a hob rather than shouting. The case and the divider section come apart so you can wash out the crumbs and oil that collect in the bottom of every utensil pot, and it is dishwasher safe. Joseph Joseph has discontinued the Segment line, so this is limited stock.
