A Danny Home 4.5 litre glass baking pan with a glass lid, 37 x 21.9 x 9.2cm. Borosilicate glass rated to 400 degrees, so it takes a hot oven, a microwave and the freezer, and goes from the oven to the table as the serving dish. The deep 4.5L body is the size for a whole chicken with potatoes, a family lasagne, pilau for a crowd or a Sunday roast with vegetables.

The lid is the second pan. Turned over it is a shallow baking dish on its own for a tray of roast vegetables, chapati dough proving, brownies or a gratin, so one box gives you two oven dishes. Lid on, it covers the food in the oven to keep it moist, carries leftovers to the fridge and keeps a dish warm on the table.
